Develops and maintains a reference library of professional resources to enhance the performance of ministry. • Evaluates potential products and recommends the best resources for development. • Produces top-quality resources at the most affordable prices for pastors and elders around the world: Dollar Book Club Manuals for pastors to train laity leaders Study guides and Bible study lessons Joint-venture projects with other departments and denominations • Informs divisions and unions of available resources for effective pastoral work. • Translates resources into languages where no other resources are readily available. • Encourages unions and conferences to include local church elders, as well as pastors, when securing resources. • Coordinates ordering and delivery of all resources in a cost-effective method. • Supplies pastoral resources to Adventist Book Centers and other Christian retail outlets.
